Returns and refunds

Change of mind

You can return an unopened, unused bottle within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost. Email info@moodsafe.com.au with your order number before sending anything back.

Faulty or damaged products

Mood Home Anti-Slip Gel is covered for manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase - free replacement or refund, with proof of purchase. Email info@moodsafe.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What we cannot refund

The gel is not recommended for high-gloss or polished tiles, and we ask every customer to pre-test a small, inconspicuous area before treating a whole floor. A change in gloss or finish on an untested surface is not a manufacturing defect. See the CAUTION panel on the pack, and the "Pre-test first" note on every product page.
